The CUTTRONIX Wire Saw System is a compact and flexible price-optimized  solution which is suitable for use in confined spaces and limited access areas. It can cut vertically, horizontally, at an angle, and even can be used for underwater objects.

The Wire Saw is equipped with an automatic cutting force control that maintains constant pulling force applied to the spinning wire which cuts through the concrete. This makes operator‘s job effectively easier, minimizing possible mistakes, and ensures shorter cutting times at the lowest wasted material cost.

With our advanced wireless remote control the operator can flexibly control and monitor the cutting process while being at a safe distance from the Wire Saw.

The Wire Saw is based on Cuttronix CM-10AF motor (autofeed version) and UDR-200-CR-AF drill rig. To get a complete Wire Saw assembly it is necessary to add W200 gearbox and a set of pulleys, which allows the operator to carry the minimal set of equipment for concrete cutting and drilling jobs.
