DVO Betonboringen drills a diam 350mm on 380V. It was a nice test because there were a lot of rebars in the concrete.

Diam 200mm on 230V. The customer was very impressed. He first turned on his hilti DD350 machine and when it was at a quarter of the hole he started with the cuttronix and was finished even faster.

Here is a picture of a hole made yesterday on a parking lot roof. It is 400mm diameter and 800mm deep. Also, the concrete had 8 layers of steel bars 40mm each. Drilling time is 18 minutes!

Drilling details: Diameter: 52mm. Depth: 400mm. There were 2X20mm steel bars through the drill. Drilling time: 110 seconds.

Demo drilling in Vilnius (Lithuania) with CUTTRONIX CM-10S3, 300mm diameter core bit, conducted by our distributor UAB “Disstonas”.

During the drilling tests with the new Levanto Cyclone core diamond segments, Levanto’s production and sales manager Matti Harjanne was greatly impressed with the rig stability and with productivity and smooth drilling by the CUTTRONIX CM-10 machine. Concrete type: K30, 400 mm, 20 mm steel rebars.

Cuttronix CM-10 motor, when powered from 380V 3-phase, shows remarkable results even with average-quality diamond segments, which makes it possible to get the job done quickly and cost-effectively, while offering customers efficient solutions at affordable prices.

Concrete was very hard, with nine layers of 10 mm-thick steel plate. Pure drilling time was 2.5 to 3 hours, total time with kern removal 6 hours.

Operators were excited about CUTTRONIX CM-10 motor power.
